1. Services Provided
Gardener Shortlands offers a range of gardening services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, garden design, plant installation, and seasonal clean-ups. Our services are designed to enhance the beauty and functionality of your outdoor spaces.
1.1 Scope of Services
- Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Garden Design: Planning and creating garden layouts tailored to your preferences.
- Plant Installation: Selection and planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Seasonal Clean-ups: Preparing gardens for spring and winter.
2. Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, please contact us at least seven days in advance. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
2.1 Appointment Confirmation
Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone. Please ensure that all provided contact information is accurate to avoid any scheduling issues.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and bank transfers.
3.1 Invoicing
For larger projects, an invoice will be provided detailing the services rendered and the associated costs. Payment terms and deadlines will be specified on the invoice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within seven days of service completion to discuss possible resolutions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide access to the property and ensure that all areas to be serviced are clear of obstacles. It is also the client's responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions related to their property.
5.1 Property Access
Ensure that we have unobstructed access to all areas designated for service. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or rescheduling of services.
6. Liability
Gardener Shortlands takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property. However, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
6.1 Insurance
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to cover any potential damages arising from our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All materials, including designs, plans, and documentation provided by Gardener Shortlands, are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without prior consent.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal purposes. Commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
11. Force Majeure
Gardener Shortlands is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or changes in legislation.
11.1 Notification of Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify clients as soon as possible and discuss alternative arrangements.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Termination will not affect any obligations that have already been incurred.
12.1 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due. All materials provided by Gardener Shortlands must be returned or destroyed as directed.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

No modification of these terms will be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Entire Agreement
